Shipping policy

SHIPPING- All orders are shipped VIA UPS. Your name and billing address must match the information of your ID. Further verification maybe required. 

HANDLING TIME- Items purchased during weekdays will ship within 2-3 business days. Weekends and Holidays: items will ship 1-3 days from the next business day. 

IDENTITY VERIFICATION- Due to an uptick in credit card fraud and chargebacks by cybercriminals, we verify all customers identity. We must see your photo ID in-store and online to release any product to you. Refusal to present proper ID will result in an automatic cancellation and refund. 

ONLINE ORDER ID VERIFICATION- You will receive an order confirmation email from our support team after your purchase.(customersupport@ethansalyerluxuries.com) We ask that you send us a copy of your photo ID for verification. Please follow the instructions on the email so we can ship your order.
